BACK ORDERS: None unless specifically requested.
All orders carry no penalties to seller under any circumstances and no
restrictions. The same holds true with us to all our clients unless specified.
RETURNS: Authorized in Writing or damaged
items only. Full return insurance required. No buy backs. Products which
appear damaged must be opened in the presence of the delivery person (UPS
if shipment cartons appear to be abused.) If damaged, put contents back
into carton, protect and ship back to us the same day as you must refuse
shipment. No damage claim 3 working days after receiving shipment. Shipment
should be inspected by this time for any legal & reasonable claims.
